Preventing Targeted Violence Intern
Rylan Dawson is a Preventing Targeted Violence intern at the McCain Institute at Arizona State University. A third year at the University of Virginia, he is pursuing a B.A. in public policy with a minor in economics. Rylan aims to enter the public policy sphere of public health and national security post-college.
Prior to his work at the McCain Institute, Rylan worked with the Cato Institute on supporting infrastructure for housing affordability. Now, Rylan is an opinion columnist with UVA’s Cavalier Daily. He writes on topics centered around public health, sustainability and national security.
