Preventing Targeted Violence Intern
Irma Crawford serves as a Preventing Targeted Violence intern at the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University. She is a recent graduate of the Master of Arts in Global Security (Cybersecurity) Program at Arizona State University, where she was previously enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner Program to culminate a decade-long career as a nurse.
Diplomacy, alliance-building and humanitarian relief are important to her as their main focus is to encourage goodwill and collaboration between nation-states. She hopes to learn more about how to engage in these efforts through this internship as her ultimate goal is to become a U.S ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the globe with her family and experiencing diverse cultures.
