McCain Institute Junior Fellow
My name is Sam Caughron. I am originally from Waterloo, Iowa, and attended the University of Northern Iowa for my undergraduate in a dual degree program of public administration and political science, with minors in legal studies and international affairs, as well as certificate programs in state and local government, international peace and security, and French language studies. I currently attend the George Washington University as an MPA candidate in the Trachtenberg School with concentrations in politics, administration, budgeting, accounting, and program evaluation. I am excited to join the McCain Institute as a member of the Budgeting and Operations team!
