McCain Global Leaders
Emma Womack is a junior fellow with the McCain Global Leaders program at the McCain Institute at Arizona State University. She is currently a sophomore studying international relations at American University. Emma plans to double major in Mandarin with a regional focus on East Asia.
Previously, Emma worked as an intern for the International Rescue Committee’s ESL program, where she used her knowledge of French, Spanish, and Mandarin to assist assimilating refugees still adjusting to life in America. This experience made her passionate about immigration policy and refugee rights, which she hopes to pursue in the future.
