Democracy Programs
Ethan Pelland is a senior studying global politics and data analytics at Arizona State University (ASU). He was formerly the president of ASU’s Alexander Hamilton Society and a student journalist at ASU’s Blaze Radio. His focus is civil-military relations, democratization, and military affairs with a regional specialization in Brazil and the Southern Cone. He will be interning at the McCain Institute with the Democracy and Human Rights Office.
