Elyse Drum is the manager of the office of the executive director at the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University. She joins the Institute from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) where she served as director of scheduling and advance for the Administrator. Prior to USAID, she was the executive assistant to the President of the International Republican Institute (IRI) and served as liaison to the Board of Directors under the leadership of Chairman John McCain. She got her start in Washington, DC on Capitol Hill as a staff assistant. Elyse holds a B.A. in Political Science from Houghton College and resides in Virginia. She is an Anglophile who enjoys classic films and is always looking for her next TV show obsession.
