Katherine Taylor serves as the Human Rights and Democracy Program Intern at the McCain Institute for International Leadership. She is a sophomore at the George Washington University studying international affairs and Arabic language and literature. As a student at GW, Katherine interned on the Hill, working with staff on foreign policy. She has also interned with Atlanta-based refugee agency World Relief, helping refugees in the Central American Minors Program. Katherine is originally from Marietta, Ga., where she resides with her parents and two cats.
