Strategic Communications and Events
AnnieGrace Heck is the Spring 2024 communications junior fellow for the McCain Institute. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Penn., AnnieGrace is a current sophomore at American University. She is studying public relations and strategic communications as well as political science.
Prior to this role, AnnieGrace worked for Sojourner House, a nonprofit that helps women with addiction recovery. She worked as a communications and development intern. She also worked as the grant content writer for the organization.
Outside of work, AnnieGrace loves traveling and reading. She is passionate about human rights and plans to have a career involving social justice through the use of communication.
