Holmes Liao, currently a senior advisor at the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA), has pursued a dual-track career spanning defense analysis and engineering leadership. He is a defense analyst and veteran engineering executive with more than 36 years of experience across the U.S. and Asian defense and aerospace sectors. In addition to his industry career, he previously served as a distinguished adjunct faculty member at Taiwan’s War College and has published extensively on defense and security affairs.
