Meagan Bigler Brooks

Meagan Bigler Brooks serves as the Senior Program Coordinator for Leadership Programs at the McCain Institute at Arizona State University. In this role, she manages core program operations for the McCain Global Leaders Program, supports curriculum and cohort development, and leads coordination for global convenings. She has supported 13 international delegations across eight countries, gaining extensive experience in complex logistics, partner engagement, and high-level program delivery.

Prior to this role, Meagan served as the Program Coordinator for the McCain Global Leaders Program and as a Junior Fellow on the McCain Institute’s Strategic Communications and Events team.

Meagan graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in international studies and anthropology. She is a member of the Junior League of Fort Worth, where she supports community service initiatives focused on strengthening and uplifting the local community, and currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
