The Prevention Practitioners Network invites you to join them for a one-day in-person symposium from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. ET on January 31, 2024, in downtown Washington, D.C. For those of you who cannot make it in person, we will also livestream via Zoom. All online guests will receive the Zoom link the day prior.
For those of you joining us in person, we will be hosting an informal networking happy hour from 6-8 p.m. ET following the programmed event. Please join us!
This symposium will be an opportunity for interdisciplinary professionals dedicated to preventing targeted violence, terrorism, and their impacts within the United States to connect and learn from one another.
We will be convening professionals to address topics such as 1) how to measure the impact of primary, secondary, and tertiary public health initiatives, 2) validated survey instruments and assessment tools, and 3) potential collaborations to develop additional tools.

If you are a clinically licensed professional, a resource or professional in the broad field of violence prevention, or have a certificate relevant to this field, we invite you to apply to our national directory.
