Jackie Sirc

Director, Development

Jackie Sirc serves as the director of development for the McCain Institute at Arizona State University. In this role, she cultivates donor relationships and helps drive impactful fundraising initiatives to advance the McCain Institute’s mission and programs.

Prior to joining the McCain Institute, Jackie served as the lead for strategic partnerships at the U.S. Institute of Peace, where she managed partnerships and strategic initiatives focused on peace and national security. Earlier in her career, she held roles with the United Nations Foundation and Council on Foreign Relations, as well as serving as a Fulbright scholar in Switzerland.

Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and French from the University of Richmond and a master’s degree in international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
