Senior Program Coordinator, Democracy Programs
Luke Englebert currently serves as the Senior Program Coordinator for the Democracy Programs at the McCain Institute.
Prior to rejoining the McCain Institute’s staff, Luke served as a program associate for Francophone Central Africa at the International Republican Institute. Previously, Luke worked as the Counterterrorism Center program assistant at the McCain Institute and also interned with the Institute’s Human Rights & Democracy program during the summer of 2017.
Originally from Claremont, California, Luke graduated from the University of Redlands with a B.A. in international relations.
