Founder and CEO, McCain Advisory KK McCain Institute Board Member
Jack McCain is the CEO of Blue Sky Vantage, an international advisory firm connecting governments and businesses to strategic American and allied industries. He is also the founder and CEO of McCain Advisory KK, a Japan-based consultancy focused on strengthening U.S.–Japan economic and institutional ties.
He serves on the Board of the McCain Institute and is leading the creation of the Sedona Forum Tokyo (2026), a new platform bringing Japanese and American leaders together to advance alliance stewardship and long-term regional stability.
Jack is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and previously served as a U.S. Navy aviator and Afghan Hand.
