Rebecca has extensive experience in analytic and policy roles across the Department of Defence and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, centered on areas of conflict in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Rebecca has a Masters of Strategy and Policy from the University of New South Wales Australian Defence Force Academy.
