Anna joined the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office as a Desk officer within the South Asia and Afghanistan
Directorate, working on Foreign Policy. She later moved to Berlin as Third Secretary Political within the British Embassy. Then she transitioned to the Middle East Directorate working on Syria Political before moving into the Counter Terrorism Department
(CTD) as a senior desk officer for Middle East CT Lead on Syria, which included extended duty attachments to Beirut, Jordan, and Baghdad. Anna is currently the International Engagement Team Leader within the CTD.
