Joe is a defense and national security reporter for NOTUS/The Star. He works primarily from Capitol Hill and has covered defense for more than 15 years — previously at POLITICO, Defense News, Army Times and Inside the Army. He's a Brooklyn native and a graduate of Columbia University's journalism school.
