Vice President, Becker Digital
Hannah Becker is Vice President of Becker Digital, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides training services to government agencies and national nonprofits. Her work focuses on the intersection of emerging technology, multi-domain threats, and leadership in complex operational environments. She has supported initiatives across federal, state, local, and nonprofit sectors.
Becker has taught at Norwich University, Virginia Military Institute, and Ottawa University. She has presented research and instructional frameworks at senior military colleges, federal service academies, AFCEA TechNet Cyber, and the Association of Military Colleges and Schools of the United States. She is a former Fellow at the Joint Special Operations University and currently serves on the AFCEA International Cyber Committee, contributing to national discussions on cognitive security, manipulated information, and emerging cyber threats.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida Institute of Technology. As a McCain Institute American Democracy & Technology Fellow, Becker’s research examines how artificial intelligence and manipulated information impact democratic resilience, with a focus on practical solutions that strengthen information integrity while protecting democratic norms and civil liberties.
