Rep. Seth Moulton

Congressman Seth Moulton is a Democrat from Massachusetts who ran because he saw the consequences of failed leadership in Washington serving four tours in Iraq as a Marine infantry officer. He currently serves on the Armed Services Committee, where he is the senior Democrat in charge of everything space and nuclear; on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he focuses on high-speed rail; and on the Select Committee on China. No House or Senate office has won more Democracy Awards from the Congressional Management Foundation than his team. Since becoming the first sitting Member of Congress in history to discuss a personal mental health issue, when he disclosed dealing with post-traumatic stress from the war, he has also passed mental health legislation to include the bill that established 988. Seth earned degrees in physics, business, and public administration from Harvard, and he lives in Salem, Massachusetts.
