A former federal prosecutor, he is a trilingual white-collar lawyer with deep global experience representing individuals and corporations in high-stakes matters involving US laws with extraterritorial reach, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and the False Claims Act (FCA).
