Adriana Cordón is Chief of Staff at Guatemala’s Ministry of the Interior, where she oversees interagency coordination and leads high-level initiatives on security and human rights. With advanced studies in international relations, migration policy, and local development, she brings over six years of experience in research and project design. Recognized with seven international fellowships, she has represented Guatemala at the United Nations, One Young World (in partnership with the European Commission), NATO, and the Council of Europe, advocating for gender equity and democratic governance.
