Cedrian Lopez-Bosch is a former Director for Latin American and European Financial Issues in Mexico’s Ministry of Finance. His goal is to enhance Mexican participation in international organizations. In the United States, he examined how relevant stakeholders gain access to our government’s international policy-making processes.
