Politics Editor, Delfi
Herman Kelomees is the politics editor for Delfi, Estonia's largest outlet. He covers national politics and major EU and NATO events. He began his career in journalism only in his early 30s, first at Postimees. In his 20s, Herman served as the head of several youth organizations and projects, most notably at the Estonian Debating Society and for educational simulations like the Model EU and Model NATO. Before moving to full-time journalism, he set up Estonia's first regular fact-checking initiative at Delfi. In 2024, he was the co-recipient of the Bonnier prize, Estonia's award for investigative journalism.
