Maung Shing is a dedicated human rights advocate and educator from the Chin ethnic minority in Burma with a decade of experience in promoting social justice and educational empowerment. With a background in various roles focused on advancing education and human rights, including serving as a Co-Founder of a Social and Educational Assistance program, he has a strong commitment to creating positive change in marginalized communities. His work as a Program Officer and Project Coordinator at International Nongovernmental Organizations was in addressing labor rights issues and advocating for human rights on a global scale. He is now leading the C-A-R-E-S program, aimed at promoting fair resource sharing to empower marginalized groups and promote for equitable access to education. His passion for social justice and commitment to advancing democracy and human rights is a valuable asset in the ongoing fight for a more just and equal society.
