Nthabiseng Letsie is currently working as a labor inspector in the Ministry of Labor and Employment of Lesotho. She is working towards the eradication of child labor and trafficking and the re- adaptation of the survivors. Letsie seeks to put place mechanisms to eliminate child labor, trafficking and forced marriage of children in Lesotho.
