Reham AlSaidi

Reham AlSaidi is a community leader and innovator from Gaza with a background in computer science and business administration. She currently works as an Analyst Programmer for the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA)-Job Creation Program, where she has held various roles throughout her career. Reham has also worked with Islamic Relief USA on a project evaluating their organizational performance, and she has also participated in the U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative’s Leader in Democracy Fellowship (LDF) Program. She is the founder of the “My City” project, which supports youth and start-up businesses in Gaza through vocational training, volunteerism, and recreational activities. Reham’s Leadership Action plan seeks to reduce the youth unemployment rate and violence in Gaza by developing young people’s entrepreneurial skills.
