Founder and CEO, Siklab
Saje Miguel Molato works on the nexus between skills, systems, and partnerships aligned with the frameworks of The Future of Work, Industry 4.0, and the Sustainable Development Goals. A rising star and pioneer in the public-private partnerships and impact consulting spaces, he is the Founder and CEO of Siklab, an internationally-recognized development consulting organization that focuses on high-level partnerships within Asia. As a well-known figure in the international scene, he is regularly invited to share his insights and personal journey as a young venture founder, and how young people around the world can forge their own paths in a rapidly globalizing world. Over the past 12 years, Saje has worked with governments, corporations, and international bodies on pressing global issues surrounding the Sustainable Development Goals. His work focuses on designing complex ecosystems for young talent, developing coursework for in-demand skills, and developing robust partnership strategies with a diverse range of entities, sectors, and decision-makers in the Asia-Pacific region. He began his journey in the impact space at the young age of 18, when he launched his first social enterprise and subsequently secured his first government contract - initially working on designing localized ecosystems for young people to access government services and funding. His work has since scaled to various aspects of social impact - he has worked on creating local learning hubs during the COVID-19 lockdowns providing educational services to students and providing employment to unemployed teachers, designing national-level ecosystems supporting young founders with government partners, to now designing programs for emerging young talent in the ASEAN region focusing on global skills development with the advent of AI. As a firm advocate and believer in the power of opportunity, Saje and his team focus on creating systems that will enable those left behind to catch up and thrive with the rest of the ever-globalizing world we live in. A hobbyist by nature, he is currently pursuing his passions in horology, cooking, running, and training his 2-year old Rhodesian Ridgeback.
