Tom Seaman

Tom Seaman is the Legislative Director for With Honor Action, a non-profit dedicated to lessening polarization in Congress and advancing bipartisan legislation largely focused on national security, supporting veterans and promoting national service. Previously, Tom served in the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation. He was also a Program Analyst for Partner Forces and worked in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. He was a Green and Gold Congressional Fellow for Congressman Derek Kilmer and a HillVets Fellow for Senator Cory Booker. Originally from Epping, New Hampshire, Tom is a Marine Corps veteran and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University. He lives in northern Virginia with his wife and son.
