Veljko Culafic is a mining and development specialist with experience working in the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) in the mining, logistics, and transportation sectors. He is committed to promoting sustainable business development to benefit local economies and communities in his native Serbia, where he plans to develop mining projects and improve the industry’s legal framework. He spent his year at the mining firm Freeport- McMoRan in Arizona exploring relevant options on how to improve his country’s economic and political health.
