Where should I Stay?

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Enchantment Resort for the Sedona Forum attendees. These rooms must be reserved before April 1 by calling the Enchantment directly at 855-421-1088 and asking for the Sedona Forum – McCain Institute room block.

How do I get to the Sedona Forum?

Via flight: The Sedona Forum team will arrange transportation to and from the three airports listed below for all flights between Thursday, May 1, and Monday, May 5. Please ensure that all travel details (including flight number, carrier, date/time and airport for arrival and departure flights) are correctly listed for each participant when registering. For any late changes to your itinerary within a week of the Forum, please notify [email protected] as soon as possible.

Distance Between Airports at Enchantment:

Phoenix Sky Harbor – at least two-hour drive time

Flagstaff – one-hour drive time

Sedona – 25-minute drive time

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): Phoenix Sky Harbor is the largest commercial airport in the area. As you book your flight, please keep in mind that there is a two-hour drive time from Phoenix Sky Harbor to the Enchantment Resort in Sedona.

Flagstaff, Arizona Airport (FLG): A limited number of commercial flights as well as private flights may arrive at the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), which is approximately a one-hour drive to the Enchantment Resort. To make private flight arrangements, please contact them at 928-779-9585 or via email at [email protected].

Sedona, Arizona Airport (KSEZ): For private flight arrivals, please contact The Sedona Airport to make arrangements for your flight into Sedona.

When should I plan to arrive in Sedona?

The Forum officially begins in the afternoon of Friday, May 2. We suggest you arrive in Phoenix (PHX) no later than 12:00 PM on Friday, May 2 to arrive at the Enchantment prior to the afternoon sessions. Guests may choose to arrive on

Thursday, May 1, to take advantage of the activities that the Enchantment Resort offers before the Forum begins.

What should I pack for the Forum?

General Forum Dress for the Forum is business casual. Gentlemen – ex. khakis and an open collar shirt Women – ex. day dress or slacks with a blouse

Friday Evening Dinner Gentlemen – ex. slacks, an open collar shirt, and a blazer Women – ex. blouse/slacks or dress with a light sweater as it will be chilly

Saturday Night Barbecue (outdoor event) On Saturday evening, we encourage guests to dress down and wear jeans and appropriate outerwear as it tends to get chilly at night. Closed toe, sturdy footwear is encouraged; please no sandals or heels.

We encourage you to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings of Sedona in the days before or after official Forum programming.
