Aditi Cottle is an Australian national security professional with over 12 years of experience across a broad range of roles. Aditi started as a legal officer prior to undertaking a graduate training program, followed by several investigative and analytical roles. Throughout her career, she has seen the value in ongoing collaboration and the importance of breaking down barriers to achieve success within the current security environment. Aditi currently leads a team working in the security assessment space and providing advice to government on border security initiatives. Aditi has a strong personal interest in leadership studies, specifically the impact of leadership in stewarding organizations through periods of change and in navigating issues of continued relevance, resourcing and public trust.

Aditi holds a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of New South Wales, which included time spent studying in Washington, DC, and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the University of Victoria, Wellington.
